University of New Hampshire Announces May 2011 Graduates
The following students graduated from the University of New Hampshire during Commencement Ceremony held on Saturday, May 21, 2011, in Durham NH.
Students who received the honor of Summa Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.7-4.0; students who received the honor of Magna Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.50-3.69; and students who received the honor of Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.2-3.49.

UNH Honors Seven with Alumni Achievement Awards
The University of New Hampshire Alumni Association held its annual Alumni Achievement Awards Ceremony on Friday, October 8, 2010- the first time ever that the event has been held during Homecoming Weekend.
At a dinner in celebration of the occasion, UNH President Huddleston welcomed the seven award recipients, along with their families, friends and fellow alumni, acknowledging that UNH is thankful for the opportunity to recognize dedicated alumni individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the UNH community, the stat or the nation.

UNH's Thompson School Recognizes Student Scholars and Award Winners
The Thompson School of Applied Science at the University of New Hampshire recognized outstanding student achievements for the 2009-2010 academic year during its annual Spring Fling event at Cole Hall, May 6, 2010. Students from all seven program areas - applied animal science, food service management, applied business management, forest technology, civil technology, horticultural technology and community leadership -- were recognized for their academics and scholarship, including the graduates with the highest grade point average after three semesters, as well as overall improvement, goodwill and inspiration of fellow students, motivation and moral integrity, outstanding leadership, and recognition of a non-traditional student. Students, faculty and staff as well as family members were present.
